- When ordered and paid by 14h, the order will be shipped the same day (on weekdays).
- You will automatically receive an e-mail with Track & Trace info to track your parcel online.
Returns
We at Dog's Companion want to have satisfied customers. So if you feel not completely satisfied by our product(s) please feel free to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.We will pay you back the complete purchase amount (including possible shipping). Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

1) Please contact our customer service within 14 days after receipt:

- Address
- Invoice number & Order number
- Reason for return (optional)
2) After confirmation of our customer service please send back the product(s) within 7 days. You should also submit a copy of your invoice accompanied by your bank account details so we can refund your order amount.
3) Once we have received the goods in good order you will receive a notice within a few days. We will then refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but always within 30 days.
Missed a discount?
Ordered something and the next day or a week later it is discounted?
We find this annoying. We would not like you to keep a bad feeling about an article you have ordered from us.

Did you order an article that gets discounted within 7 days after ordering, we will get a voucher from us for the difference in price.
This voucher is valid indefinitely and to be spend in our shop.
